Our 6 Recession Indicators will show green, yellow, or red. AP also provides monthly insights into the current state of the economy and the probability of a recession being declared within 6-18 months. Our easy to read Recession Indicators and monthly analyses will keep you up to date with economic health including the movement of “smart” money, growth, overheating, shrinkage, activity by the Federal Reserve, and more. Members also have access to the entire history of AP Reports and Indicator Statuses. Advanced Projections is essential to helping keep anyone with a 401k, business of any size, or investment portfolio informed and one step ahead of the curve. Monthly subscriptions are billed once per month.
You will see one of three colors. Green tells us that the referenced indicator is not exhibiting any warning at the date of publication. Yellow, which will show only on some of the indicators, tells us that the particular indicator has entered a cautionary region where it should be watched for further degradation. Other recession indicators should be watched for confirmation of a problem in economic health as well. Red will show a full-on warning level for that particular indicator, signaling that monitoring of this sector is clearly showing a problem which has in the past reliably exhibited itself as a forewarning for recessions. Below the six indicators, there is a probability of recession statement, each and every month.
